How we calculate this

Turnover savings: Based on the cost to replace an employee — typically 4–6 months of salary in African professional markets. We model a conservative assumption that a structured benefits programme reduces annual turnover by 5 percentage points (from ~15% to ~10%).

Productivity / engagement gain: Research by Ingressive Capital and regional HR studies shows that companies with comprehensive benefits packages report a 21% improvement in employee engagement scores. We apply a conservative 10% productivity value to that engagement uplift.
