An HMO covers hospitalisation and clinical care. RibiBenefits covers everything else — meals, transport, mental wellness, learning, airtime, gym, family support. They're complementary, not competing. Most companies run both.

Is RibiBenefits more expensive than our HMO?

You control the spend — you set what each employee tier receives per month. Most companies start at ₦15,000–30,000 per employee and scale up. It's significantly cheaper than a second HMO plan.

Can we launch RibiBenefits without changing our HMO?
